Shipping & Returns

One Horse Threads will ship in stock products within 2-3 business days, sometimes sooner. We ship USPS first class or priority mail which means you will receive your package in 2-4 days once shipped with insurance on the package. Expect anywhere from 5-7 business days to receive your order.  It is possible that certain items can fall on backorder. In this instance, you will be emailed within 24 hours from our sales department. From there, you can decide how you would like to proceed with the order. 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate. Once the packages leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.

International orders will be shipped through first class or priority USPS mail which takes 10-23 business days. Due to covid-19 we have been experiencing longer delivery times for international orders. NOTE: International orders may face additional customs duties/tax upon receipt of order. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees. Email for inquiries regarding shipping. 
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of delivery. All sale items are final sale.Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we’ll of course make things right.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please return the item in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in original condition. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is for a damaged item. 
To start your return send us an email at with your order #, item name, and the reason for your return. For exchanges include the new size that you prefer.
Once delivered into our warehouse, returns can take up to 14 days to process. You will receive a confirmation of your refund via email. The money should appear in your bank account within 3-5 working days. Refunds will only be made to the card used for the purchase. Please email us regarding any return questions at
